Monte Hill earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Carson Newman College and has now served in the field of telecommunications for over 23 years.
Although change happens in the telecommunications field at an astonishing pace, Monte’s first priority is that his character does not. Hill believes that a strong work ethic, combined with a focus on quality and excellence will produce a first class product and service. The journey, to get there though, is of equal importance. Getting things done through inspiring people to take ownership of their given responsibilities and possessing passion for excellence is his goal.
Monte maintains a driving vision for how things could and should be, leaving mediocrity behind. To this end, he has shared in the great privilege of collaborating in the birth of multiple companies. Notably among these organizations are: Wellsprings Counseling Group, PLLC, On Trac, Inc. and Cornerstone Academy- a Classical Christian School (K-12), where he served as one of the founding Board members.
Monte’s telecommunications career has many layers, as he has served as a leader in over two-dozen start-ups over the past two decades. Always striving to serve both the client and the employee, he handles details as well as takes ownership of quality and customer experience, from the client to the end-user. These are marks of Monte’s workplace reputation.
Monte is a person of character, vision, and action – focusing on the journey all the while maintaining a determination to reach a prescribed destination. Along that journey, Monte is blessed to share the road with his beautiful wife, Becca and – the best four kids in the world- Levi, Tucker, Stone, and Olivia.
