Mike Hill has been involved in the telecommunications industry for over 40 years. Mike started his career at the grassroots level and then worked his way up to the corporate directorship of a major national cable company and then became a founder and part owner of On Trac, Incorporated.
As the leader of On Trac, Mike Hill strives to provide superior availability, flexibility, and quality service to customers in order to play an integral role in their business endeavors. Believing that open communication and the willingness to meet and exceed the customer’s needs breeds success for both parties. Mike takes pride on exceeding the boundaries of business relationships to cultivating friendships within the industry.
Mike currently serves as the Chairman for the Board of Directors of the North American Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) Council and is committed to helping the FTTH Industry continue to grow and excel for the future. Mike is also a past board member of the Smokey Mountain Chapter for the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers. In every avenue of his life Mike Hill thrives on his growing relationships with people.
